I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Millennium Hotel and it was truly an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was luxurious, the facilities were excellent, and every detail was designed to provide comfort and elegance. What made my stay even more memorable was the outstanding service provided by Ms. Gulan, Guest Relations Officer. She was professional, warm, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and cared for. Her dedication and genuine kindness reflected the true spirit of hospitality. Everything was great in the hotel We came to attend a wedding in the same venue and everything was perfect All the staff was great and I would like to thank Sozan in the front desk in the night shift and another lady in the morning shift I apologise to her I didn’t know her name Both were so helpful and welcoming and are really the true face of this hotel I also like to thank Mohammed from the breakfast staff who worked relentlessly to please all guests

My stay at the Grand Millennium was fantastic! The hotel’s cleanliness was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every morning, I enjoyed a luxurious and extensive breakfast. The view of the city from my room was so beautiful that I didn’t even turn on the TV! Suzan, the guest relations manager, was absolutely amazing. I travel all over the world and visit many places, but this stay exceeded all my expectations. I would like to thank the team for their great service, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious experience. I will definitely be returning soon with my family. Thank you, Grand Millennium!

The hotel location gives you a panoramic view of the Sulaimani city, The hotel facility is good, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and outdoor /indoor heated swimming pool. The 360 restaurant is very good. The hotel breakfast is considered acceptable as one of the best international varieties specifically the pastry. The staff are too friendly specifically the relationship manager Miss Golan, and front desk people.
